Online orders are not open. This catalogue does not currently take payments or create customer orders.
Policy for PDF purchases
Before paying, review the book description, language support and available samples. A PDF purchase is for digital access; no printed item is shipped.
Once a purchased PDF has been delivered, a change of mind alone would not normally qualify for cancellation or a refund, except where required by law.
Problems we will review
- A duplicate charge for the same order.
- A confirmed payment with no delivered access.
- An incorrect or corrupted file that cannot be resolved by providing the correct working copy.

Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be requested through the payment provider to the original payment method. We will communicate the relevant processing information; bank or provider processing times can vary.
